A. Lightroom presets are one click filters to make your photo look a certain way or style. When we edit our images we change and adjust many different things to achieve our unique look. If we really like the outcome of a particular edit, we save that edit as a preset so that it can be applied to other images. This saves time and gives us a head start with future edits. The presets that we have for sale are the exact presets that we use ourselves when editing our photos for instagram!
Q. I'm new to Lightroom, can I still use your presets?
A. Absolutely! In fact, our presets are designed especially to help those with little editing knowledge to achieve a look similar to Heru Sugiarta.
Q. Will I get the exact same look if I buy your presets?
A. There are many factors that will determine your end result, and some might be out of your control. For example, the ocean/sea can have a totally different color depending on where you are – in some places it looks more turquoise, in others it will be basically green. The sky can change colors based on the time of day you shoot, skin tones and hair colors can vary a lot, and everything can look completely different if you shoot in direct sunlight, in the shade or indoors. Your camera, lens and settings can affect things as well. But if you learn how to make a few basic adjustments, you can make these work as long as you are using a DSLR and shooting in RAW format.
Q. Are your downloads instant? How do I receive them?
A. Yes, all of our downloads are instant. They are sent to you via email immediately after payment is completed.
Q. Can I use the preset in more than 1 devices?
A. Yes, you can. In fact, you can download your purchase from 3 different devices!
Q. What comes with the presets?
A. With every preset pack we also send a step-by-step PDF guide to show you how to import and use the presets.
Q. Which app do I need to use your presets?
A. Our presets are designed for the free Lightroom CC app.
Q. Do the presets work on iPhone images?
A. Yes! They work with all image types. Since every image is different not every preset will work on every single photo, you may need to do some slight tweaking after applying the preset to achieve a particular look. This can all be done in the Lightroom app and is very easy to do.
Q. How do I import the presets?
A. We have created a step-by-step guide which will be automatically sent to you with your presets. You must open the confirmation email on your laptop and download the files there first.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept card payment, bank transfer, e-Wallet, QRIS, and also over the counter.
Q. Do you accept returns?
A. Since presets are digital goods and cannot be returned, we are unable to issue refunds. If you are unhappy with the results you are getting, shoot as an email with a full resolution picture you want to edit and we’ll walk you through editing to get the best result.
